The Team Behind Aerial Craft
Experienced Aerial Specialist
Aerial Craft is led by founders Christian Reynish and Henry Symons Jones, working together with a trusted network of experienced aerial pilots and specialist operators.
Henry Symons-Jones and Christian Reynish have worked together for more than ten years as aerial cinematographers. As pilot and remote camera operator they bring a well-established working relationship to productions, allowing them to communicate quickly and operate complex aerial shots with a shared understanding of timing, framing and camera movement.
This long-standing collaboration allows Aerial Craft to deliver precise, repeatable aerial work while remaining flexible enough to integrate additional specialist pilots and operators when a production requires it.
Film and television production relies on highly skilled freelance crews, and Aerial Craft regularly collaborates with some of the most experienced aerial specialists in the UK. This approach allows us to scale our aerial unit depending on the requirements of a production while maintaining the same high standards of safety, reliability and cinematic image-making.
Founders
Christian Reynish
Founder – Lead Remote Operator
Christian Reynish is co-founder of Aerial Craft and serves as the company’s lead remote camera operator.
Working closely with directors and directors of photography, Christian focuses on translating creative intent into precise aerial camera movement and framing. Operating the camera remotely, he is responsible for executing the shot itself — controlling camera movement, and lens settings while realising the creative brief set by the director and DOP.
His role centres on delivering cinematic, repeatable camera moves that integrate naturally with the wider language of the production, while working within the practical constraints of location, equipment and schedule.
Henry Symons Jones
Founder – Lead Pilot
Henry Symons Jones is co-founder of Aerial Craft and the company’s lead pilot. Henry is responsible for aerial flight operations and ensuring all drone activity is conducted safely and efficiently within the demands of film and television production.

Specialist Crew & Collaborators
Depending on the scale and requirements of a production, Aerial Craft works with a small group of trusted specialist collaborators. These experienced aerial pilots and operators regularly work alongside our core team and are widely recognised within the industry for their expertise.
This collaborative approach allows Aerial Craft to provide additional specialist capabilities — particularly in areas such as FPV aerial cinematography and complex aerial sequences — while maintaining the same high operational standards.
